With any type of power adder (boost or nitrous), one would want at least one heat range colder than factory on the plugs. I typically run 25psi on 91 oct with a REAL conservative tune. NGK-R's have always been the plug of choice for mine and most applications. My best friend has a 96 Mystic Cobra on a NX 100 shot and runs NGK-R's as well.

Yeah....platinum and iridium plugs.........not for boost or nitrous.

Yes Sir, 3922 are two ranges colder than stoc and the NGKs are one range colder than stock. I'm also running the 3922s, I've been asked a dozen times about the NGKs so I'm going to try them out.

I've asked this before, but never got an answer. Does anyone know if the 3922s are compatible with the newer version of the 4.7 is the 08 and up trucks? The top end is a different setup than previous heads/manifold/etc and I have yet to hear of anyone upgrading their plugs on the new configuration.
