Well, If I had a place to work right now, I would give it a shot...

It doesnt look all that tough really, other than the tow hook area will take a bit of forming and molding to look right.

An entire bumper cover made from carbon fiber would be hella expensive...

especially since carbon fiber is so hard to get now a days.

I've heard that too many times. I made a part once that everyone loved and had a ton of interest and no one bought one. So if I make one it'll probably be just for me.

I wouldn't make it out of carbon fiber. Carbon fiber reacts a lot of like fiberglass. I was just saying that I have carbon fiber/fiberglass experience.

I won't try to build the entire bumper. I will just try to make the bottom lip attachment.

I have a few sketches and a bit of foam worked for a "lip kit" but its not anywhere near where it needs to be.

To get that bumper in that pic, it would take a new cover... but the lip is doable. it would take a side skirt to make the edginess look right... not too much work for side skirts.
