Angry Parking lot victim....

Well, I got tagged pretty darn good in the parking of a the mall. I was parked in the communter parking section and had just gotten back from the Padres game via the SD Trolley and came back to this.

It looks like the only damage was the bumper. I am able to open the hood and the cross member is not bent at all. It drove fine on the way home. The puzzeling thing, however, is my ABS and Brake light came on about 2 miles into the trip on the way home. And this happened after I used them at a traffic light. And to top things off, my brake lights stayed on when the truck was turned off in the driveway (had to remove three fuses to turn them off). Is that a sign of the ABS sensor getting hosed?

It goes to the body shop on Monday morning. So I will lose the "'Ghost" for a few weeks. But at least it can be fixed.

Well that sucks. I would see that if the lot you were in had some sort of security CCTV camera's and you can get the @$$

Damn, I'd be livid as hell!!! Cuban has the right idea though, can't hurt to check with security at the mall and see if they have camera's that might have caught the culprit in the act...

Arrrrrrrrrrg. That is one of my secret nightmares. My wife and friends think I'm crazy for doing my best to avoid this by parking out in the north 40s. It’s no guarantee but it’s all I can do. I will say I was far happier when I use to own a 00 Caravan that was close to being a beater cause I never worried about it and it was flat out dependable. Sorry man, to see that but it looks like and easy fix. You’ll be like new in no time.
