The Sport Appearance Pkg. was body colored grill ('06, not '05), rear bumper, and side moldings (spears). The chrome spears were standard on the Laramie without Sport App. pkg. He's got the topline wheels in '06, 17" chrome clad, a separate option on either SLT or Laramie. 18" weren't available until '07.
The black headlights only came on the Nightrunner.
There were exceptions made at the factory or by dealers. My Dad had an '05 SLT with the chrome body side moldings and the 17" wheels, but not the chrome tailpipe or gas cap that was a complete (dealer installed) chrome pkg. option.

LOL, that is good stuff. Technically my truck was bought an 05 SLT, I changed it into something else
