Default Want to upgrade rims/tires

I recently bought an 05 dakota 4WD club cab 3.7L. The stock 16" rims and tires just aren't doing it for me, they make the truck look like a Colorado or something. I want to get a bigger rim and tire combo. Need advice on what to get as far as rim and tire sizes that will work. I'm not looking for dubs with low profile tire either. I don't want to modify the truck at all to get them to fit. Are the 20" ram rims a good option? Will they even fit?

I like the looks of these wheels

Will 20" Ram rims fit with 275/60/20 tires?

I have read on here that 275/45/20 tires will fit without rubbing, does anyone know if 275/60/20 tires will be ok?
