Stroker motors and aggressive cam lope create that effect. It's certainly no sleeper at all.

I love lope...

What even gets the blood pumping more is a diesel with a big cam lope!

I have a question I can't seem to find an answer to..I get several differant answers and opinions by everyone who answers but nothing I can cling to..
When I biuld my 6.1 Hemi , I'll add a loping cam, Port and polish the heads , Probably go with a 90mm Throttle body, If not a 4 bbl EFI style TB..Headers , No Cats , Etc..... Everything performance...My question is How do I get my computer to feed the motor all the fuel it's going to need..I have heard horror stories about stacking SC's and changing the programs..TCM and ECM tuners like Diablo Bully Dog and everyone likes differant ones..I don't want to spend $2,500. Plus on a Fast ECM setup..I'd like to stay under $1,000.00 , and still be able to adjust things like timing - shift points - and air fuel mixture..I want to be able to drive my truck daily yet still be able to take it to the drags once in a while "and be fast"- Any suggestions ??

Hemifever and his SCT tune can handle that. But if you want a standalone, piggback to the PCM look into the split second controller. I used it to run my computer controlled alcohol injection and it worked great.
