I just like turbonetics, the finish and quality is amazing, and I am running their gtk-850 unit.
Also, you will come into boost earlier with a smaller turbo such as the 60 series. I am running a .81 I don't know what rpm I am coming into boost at, i'm going to guess around 4k though.
Or any other brand, a 60 series will suit him well.

Starting with the 12 psi spring which should be around 550rw, and will upgrade from there
