ya, its no where near as loud in the video... so its something i have to live with? even tuners and trans adjustment wont affect it?

wow, almost sounds like a horrible driver with a stick.

Sounds mean otherwise, Maybe it's unburned fuel from the reduced backpressure? Or fuel that's still detonating as it enters the exhaust (same thing?)?

well... here is another thought, this thing seems to jump a a few rpm's between shifts during normal driving... could it be doing this at WOT, and hitting the rev limmiter?

As far as I know, 08's with the 4.7 all come with 3" stock.

Kinda sounds like mine, only mine isnt as long of a sound, mine is short and quick...

we measured the stock pipe, it is 2 3/4. so just a little bigger pipe, and removing that suit case of a muffler might have freed it up more than i thought
