Default 3.7l tt

I have a buddy that's currently downrange and he has an '07 Dak with the 3.7. He asked me what kind of stuff we could do to his truck for some performance/visual mods. He's really interested in the TT or single turbo kit from KRC (whichever is recommended). I'm coming to you guys for a list of mods he "MUST DO/HIGHLY RECOMMENDED" beforehand and a list of "THIS WOULD DEFINITELY HELP". Any help would be great guys. Thanks!

Sorry, my caps lock is stuck on...he doesn't want to go extreme, so i'm not picturing forged anything. So basically just a fuel pump, got it. A little head work wouldn't hurt, but i know he won't want that immediately.

I have not yet contacted krc about the kit working on the 3.7. But i'm sure they could tweak it. I will be sure to ask about the sct on the 3.7 as well. Thanks bro.

Just got off the phone with krc...they can definitely put some boost on the 3.7...but he has an '07 and they don't have the tuning for that yet. So you 3.7l guys with the '05-'06 are in luck!

Yea with the 255 Walbro, I would suggest an adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator. Also, I don't know if it would work, but some sort of piggyback system (SAFC II).

Yea, that'd be sweet. I spoke with one of the tech's who said we could use a piggyback system, but it'd never run as well as an actual tune built for it. So I think he's just gonna stick with some smaller mods.

Nice turbo setup on that V6! Who makes stronger internals for the 3.7? The stroke is longer than the V8, so wouldn't those forged pistons negatively affect compression ratio? Or maybe thats a good thing for boosting?

A tuner for the electronic throttle 3.7L would be nice. 225 HP / 250 TQ sounds alot better than 210 / 235.
