I just bought an 05 Quad Cab with the 4.7 Magnum and I love it. What are the best mods I can add to improve gas mileage and performance. I would rather have performance over mileage but both would be nice.

Then mod your truck for power...

Then you have best of both worlds...

 

CAI and exhaust, then tuner. Then theres E-Fan, 180 stat, rancho shocks.. The list goes on.

Yes, the best one is actually a tuner, and I say its worth it, I bought one for my truck and it woke it up drastically! Plus all the other options you get! Dont buy the Jet Chip, they suck...

i agree with bolt the tuner is unreal and really wakes the truck up
