oh dude, Blown, I'm working on the a pillar gauge right now... lol

sanding it down and bondoing it smooth, then gonna lay some resin over it, and paint it...

then route the tubing and wires, and have it all hooked up.

that one won't take long.

Thats funny you said that, I was in the process of redoing the whole sound system in my truck, adding amp, sub, when I figured that 22watts from head unit per speaker was loud enough I am getting old LOL.. Cya Slick

I'm just looking to apend the stinky factory high beams. I want to do a light bar with two Hella 4000s. I want to be able to pull them for the next truck too.

My driving lights helped a bunch. I had to play with the aim a bit too, the lights are too high from the factory. For 2 lights (as apposed to 4 on some vehicles), the high beams on these things aren't bad at all.

A friend had some very similar to these on his Ram. 1 side had a decent, though not great, projector cut off. the other was terrible and his LED's only lasted for about 2 weeks before a couple went out. The high beams were nothing special, but not terrible. Obviously not a very quality/consistent item.

Yours were too high? Mine were too low, but I fixed that

Yes, the low beams were constantly shining into oncoming driver's eyes, even i cold see it. The high beams had the brightest area lighting up the tree's tops instead of just off the ground. (though we do have short trees).

I didn't aim them down much, but I don't get flashed by oncomming drivers and the highs work better. the low beam's work nearly as well as they did.

About to put on a leveling kit, so i'll need to aim them down even more.

mine were reversed, the lows were high and the highs were pointing down where the fog lights light up. had a lot of screwdriver turning to get them the way I like them. Well worth it IMO.
