I found out the problem why i was unable to set the radio "presets" on the MyGig system. There is an option on the system set-up screen that must be checked in order to program the presets. I clicked that box and my problem is over. Too bad it took me forever to figure it out. This system is either very technical for the average consumer or i am just too stupid. Lol! Good thing the dealership didnt have to figure it out for me.
