Default Finally got it finished!

After a few weeks of dealing with backordered parts i finally got my daystar leveling kit installed.

Thanks to all of you for your input and advice. It took me about two hours to install but overall went well. I did not break anything which is always good and i LOVE the way it looks.

heres my leveled baby!

If your serious about getting larger tires:

I picked up 4 BFG MTs for $40 with 50% treadlife left in size 265/75 16 on craigslist. I used to run that size on my dakota, but had since sold all the tires I had in that size and am running factory.

But just to try out the truck with that tires size, sometimes you can find a steal online. Some people arent comfortable with a used tire but I have been around that sort of thing forever so doesnt bother me.

On a side note, I got 4 brand new SRA's by buying brand new spares of size 245/70 r16, blue on the letters still and everything, it took me like 4 months but I knew I was gonna need tires in the near future...just checked craigslist daily until i collected 4. lol I paid like 25-30 bucks per tire.

Craigslist is my friend as well! I bought a set of 4 265/60R 18 tires with around 3k miles on em awhile ago for backups. The guy had rims and tires from a dakota, but unfortunately the rims were already gone. The nimples and feathers were still intact. I bought em for $50 a tire.
