Hey Trucky, do those new Headlight housings come with the ball that pops into the socket on the truck?

I broke one of mine putting my HID's in, now there's a hole in the back of one of my headlights. -

(Lucky for me we have portable plastic welders at work to fix it for now)

Today is headlights and E-fan day! The flaspaq (not pictured) is in and I won't waste space writing the 20th review, but I was happy to feel a difference in my truck from a MOD for once, it's just the beginning hopefully.

Blown- Saturday is great. I am gonna clear the whole day hAha.

Biker- I went over the entire headlight and I don't see anything spherical or ball and socket-esque. I will check my stocks when they are out for it, did you want it or something?

i just did the efan two weeks ago and ended up putting a damn hole in my radiator with that crappy temp prope that came with the flexalite. I bought a spal controller off of ebay and love it. The hardest part is getting the clutch fan off i think. I just mounted mine with a lot of zip ties(it isn't going anywhere). i'll try and post pics tonite after i get home from class if you want.

When you remove the stock headlight (after the 3 screws are memoved) you will have to pull to get the Ball to pop out of the socket on the truck. if the new headlights don't have that ball you may have to put something behind the headlight to keep it from rattling against the truck. without that ball the headlight isn't as solid.

With the broken ball on mine I found that the top outside would rattle against the truck when on bumpy surfaces. You may want to put some sticky rubber on the truck or light housing itself to help wth this.

from the looks of ur pic it should just be plug and play, the existing light connector goes into that box, then the box plugs into the new light harnes via the weather-pack connector and the other connector

but if this is any help i found this via google
