What where your symptoms to let you know that it was the CV joint?

I have a feeling my right front is going, it has not broke yet or what ever it does when its going bad.. This is my symptom, every now and again at pretty much the same slow speed it does this little shutter, like your going over tiny bumps one right the other.. If I let up on the gas or speed up it goes away and I figure I would push it till it broke because it not a constant thing as of yet.. Cya Slick

Well when i was putting my leveling kit in i dropped the cvshaft and it tore the boot. Well all the greas came out and i went through the hoile winter like. Well its finaly making a lot of noise when i turn the wheel or hit any bump. But the weird thing is that my upper controll arm is also making this noise... It sounds like they are al rusty and it doiesnt want to move so it creeks

Sounds like a ball joint. When my lower one went on my passanger side it drove me nuts, and now my drivers side is going.
