Angry Over heating!!!

Ok so my truck overheated twards the end of last summer an i changed the Stat but it was getting cooler so it stopped overheating, I thought i had it fixed but Today i found out i didnt. It cant be the water pump because it only over heats when its hot out. Im thinking cloged Radiator.
Does this meen i have to replace the Radiator? or can i fix it.

I would say
1. Disconnect your radiator and flush it with a garden hose. Reconnect all hoses and refill to spec.
2. Check the thermostat

Try that first. Do you have an efan?

I would start with making sure your clutch fan is spinning, I mean SPINNING, not just the slow spin from the centriphical force of the pulley spinning. Then i would do a flush with a garden hose.
The only proper ways to tell if the thermostat is broke is to take it out and run the truck with out the thermostat in place. If it runs hot its not the problem. You can also warm some water up on the stove to about 200 degrees (use a thermometer) and see if it opens.
