I'm under 40k and I just had a front caliper stick and a nicely warped rotor to go along with it. Waiting on parts right now, they can't ship them to me fast enough, what sucks is I'll have to have it done by a mechanic. Had my appendix out two weeks ago and the doc told me I'm not allowed to lift anything heavy or strain myself at all for another 6 weeks.

I'm at 43K and still going strong. When I got my new tires in January I was told I had about 10-15K left on them.

I'm not a big fan of disc on the front and drums on the back. Once I get my mod list caught up I'm going to switch the back to disc also.

I'd rather have disc brakes at the corners too. Way easier to change out and keep tabs on to see how they are wearing.

Wife's old Maxima had them. Sweet!

25K? WTF was wrong with your brakes? Only city driving? Only going downhill at 15 mph? Dealer wanting to see the bottom of your wallet?

the factory rotors are junk. every time i hit the breaks my truck shook did it from the day i got it. i just put on a pair of centric premium rotors and ebc green stuff pads and it is 100% better. truck stops strait and no shaking.

Actually I liked the factory rotors and pads. “KOW” I have 57k and not a sign of warpage, fade or squeals. We are taking a long summer trip from FL to WI and thinking by then I will have close to 60k and breaks might be done before the trip. I'm just worried that once they turn the rotors being thiner I might start with warping. The truck will have our 90lb lab wife and luggage up and towing a u-haul trailer back loaded with MILs give-aways so there will be far more break stress. I’m sure the drums are fine for 100k.

I have 100k on my front rotors and they are just fine, with a little shaking only when slowing down from 80 MPH or more. The front pads were changed out by the dealer before I bought it at 86k to pass inspection. The rears have about 30% left, and the previous owner never touched the brakes. I plan on changing out all the pads and the front rotors this summer though, but just going with OEM from Autozone. $50 a rotor isnt a bad deal.

Just had the brakes inspected today, as I was changing tires.

86K: Fronts @ 25%
Rears @ 30%

I'm thinking 100K before doing brakes is in my future.

Breaks my heart....

That would be around the end of May or middle of June for me.... I drive a little....
