i thnk i need to do my rear breaks i downloaded the manual which i am reading through but i though i would see if any one has any advice do or donts bout this project thanks in advance oh drum brakes btw not disc do the dak come with rear discs????
brakes / breaks, is that the common "Canadian" spelling? (not ripping on ya, just that 2 threads have the same spelling, so I am just curious. Like color colour)
you dont have to bleed anything if you dont open up the fluid system. if your just swapping shoes and drums. dont even touch the fluid. drums are all pretty much the same. leave one side together because youll probably get confused, maybe not idk. its always easy to have brake tools for the return springs and retaining springs.
fair enough lol thanks i just went to princess auto and picked up the tools wrench pliers and pry bar for bout $25 only to realise my floor jack that i have is to damn small
i was gana say a pair of snips/dikes how ever you wana call them, is a great tool to get the springs off, they wont slip like plyers but i guess you got the right tool instead lol
