yea the blackota guy. he keeps breaking his bracketry last time i talked to him. i wanted to buy his prototype spindles off him and maybe make-up some better ones. but when i came up with the cash it seemed like he no longer wanted to sell them. now he wont answer anyones emails. but in reality. the way his is setup. you have to go 3mph over a speed bump or your toast which is why he keeps breaking stuff. its for looks. maybe thats what some of you want. but i would sacrifice a few inches of lift for about 11 inches of usable stroke.

In reality, that amount of lift that guy with the black dakota has on his truck is a joke anyway. That's not practical for anything....I can't think of one application that isn't overkill for.

This truck needs about 4.5" to 6" of lift, and 33" tires, and that would be a usable, realistic amount, that could still be a great daily driver.

sorry guys, its been a ruff couple days, my cousin got married and i was in the the wedding, so i have been dealing with that, the best measurement i came up with was 1.5 inches on the spacer... that doesnt seem right too me, but here is the pics

also, i would not flip the tie rod, this sounds like a bad idea, it will chang all the geometry with how the tie rod moves compared the the a-arms, and will result in serious bump steer, and worst case the dreded death wobble, there nothing worst than doing 70mph on the freeway, hitting a bump and instantly changing lanes uncontroably....

weird. i havent experienced any steering problems.....

flipping it is the same concept as lowering your truck.

That front end looks like its off the ground. But its not. Is that an autospring spacer? I heard they are pretty reputable and a good price.
