I would try bleeding them like Altair said, if that doesnt work, it might be time to look into what the shop did before you got after the fronts.
the dealer did the rear brake TSB and fully replaced the brake fluid.

i did the front brakes myself. i get good pedal feel without the engine running- the pedal run out is where it should be, it's just when the engine's running it's not all that great. pedal throw with the motor running is alright (it's not sinking to the floor or anything) it just feels super-super spongy. i'll bleed it all again this weekend, but part of me wonders if i somehow lost the feel for how my truck stops, hahahaha
