Now I have this strange desire to start ripping off the chrome trim and pin striping, and paint the rims and fuel door.

Thoughts?

Good minds think alike, was going to use the mopar emblem as well but not on the side of the bed because everyone has that bed stripe.. Love the wheels looks freakin awesome, I am also considering that fuel door now that I see what it looks like up against the red.. I am also considering taking my nerf bars off permanent.. Looks good, really changes the look of your truck. I would rip those door spears off today, and I like the fuel door to blend in though.

I want to take of my door mouldings, except I worry that it will be easier to see all the nicks on the rockers from rock kickup from the front tires. I have 105k so the rockers dont look to pretty, and I think the mouldings might actually help "hide" them in a sense.

I'm glad it's going over well. I need to get some measurements for the bed stripe and see if I can find someone to cut it for me. I made it a little wider than the normal ones since I thought it filled in that area better. Once I get the trim off on the next nice weekend I have free, I'm gonna see about getting the fuel door powdercoated. I'm not sure if I trust myself to paint the rims, so I will either see if I can find a shop to do it, or I might just buy some aftermarket rims and sell the original chrome ones.

Any ideas what the original chrome clad rims are worth?
