Default KC lights

Okay guys i got KC daylighters back in Nov had them for awhile. i switched from the 100 watts to the 130s. i like how i'll have a bit more to them. now i have 2 photos here first one is the 100watt and the second will be the 130watts. now i dont think we can tell to much the difference but ive notice the 130s do put off more heat and seem to be brighter.. now i havent switched anything other then the bulbs. heres my questions to to guys should i switch to a different relay? i do believe its a 30 amp relay it came with my kit. it just seems that they are brighter but seem to be not getting enough power. whats your take on it?

wow...that's not bright at all. haha. i want to get a set just to blind people who ride with there brights on. and do you have led strips under your headlights. I would just buy a 40 amp relay and try it out and see what happens but then again im not any type of expert.

Your relay is sufficient if it's only being used to power the two lights, amp draw is about 10.8 amps per light. Besides if the relay wasn't sufficient it would blow, just like a fuse. If you are not getting sufficient power to your lights it's gonna be in your wiring or ground.
For 130 watt lights, you should be using a minimum 12 gauge wire and should be grounding each light individually to the closest frame ground to them...

everything came in the kit. these lights are bright do not get me wrong. i do blind people and i do see miles down the road and if its an empty road i'll sumtimes turn off all my lights and just run the kcs there that bright. im just saying i havent notice to much of a difference in them so far i just put in the new bulbs tonite. i did put that electric grease on the connections. i did notice they where alot brighter during the day time then the 100 watts. wll i'll run these for abit and see how they are for a week or 2 then i'll pop the 100watts back on and give sum feed back.. hey i got these 2 130 watt bulbs for 8 bucks so i dont see how its bad

I had just done a DIY for installing lights in the Ram FAQ section. I know you don't need it since you've run yours already, but I'm gonna copy it into your FAQ section for anyone thinking about adding a set of lights...
