Default dupli color bed armored my nerf bars

Well todays project was to get ride of some more chrome cant stand it LOL.. I picked up a quart of bed armor from Mejiers some adhesion promoter, well first I sanded the chrome so it had some thing good to stick to then I sprayed them with the adhesion promoter then started putting on the bed armor.. Well it went well and needed two coats then when I got done with that I was happy with it but I grabbed some black drum and caliber paint I had left because I was going to paint my antenna, for some reason some thing told me to hit the bed armor with that paint so I did and it gave it a nice shinny look compared to the dull black of the bed armor..

So I am happy with the way it turned so that is now complete, my mod list is really getting short these days, well here is some pics for ya.. Cya Slick

its not as thick as you might think, thats why it needed two coats.. I say give it a shot if you dont think yours is thick enough.. Cya Slick
