Why can't I do my exhaust like this??

Are they the actual whole tail lamp assembly or just a cover that fits over the light? They are pricey but look great. I will definitely be looking for a good price on them if they are the whole assembly. Thanks.

thats looks realy good i gata do somthin with my exhaust with just the flopwmaster and a little tip it looks prety bad. I gata make it true duals and hide it so you cant tell i got tips on it.
