Less than 30 days = they fix it for free if you bought it from a Dodge Dealership. If they say no, your mouth isn't big enough. I'm not good about being an a**, but the louder you are as a customer in retail the more you get. I'm not saying it is right, but that is what usually happens.

 

I had the same problem the first year I had my truck. When I moved to my current place, the driveway is at an angle and when it would rain, I'd find water in my passenger foot well. Called the dealership and told them what I had discovered and they said to bring it in and they'd try to fix it. First time there, they couldn't find nothing. The next time it happened, I called them up and they told me to bring it in once again. And they still couldn't find where the leak was coming from. Third time it happened, I complained and told them they sold me a lemon and they got their asses moving to fix the problem. They finally found out what the problem was, leaky hose somewhere, and it hasn't happened since.

 

I'm having the same problem. I have a 2008 Dakota and the passenger floor is soaked. I'm guessing it's something to do with the ac drain but I'm not sure where that's at. Any tips/ thoughts? Thanks!

 

Any luck with the leak. I just found the same wet passenger floor on my 08
