Moog tierod endlinks junk?

Huh, that's the first one I've ever heard of failing. Try giving them a call, they'll probably send you a new one. I think (as stated above) that they are (or where) guarenteed for life.
even more surprised that they failed on the road. Had a a couple sets on my CJ with Rockwell axles and never had an issue....and that was turning 46" tires!

well, since this was dug up, I will add that Moog refunded the cost of the part, plus the shipping (both ways.)
they say that the part was installed properly, but was not deemed defective by their techs. They offered to send me a replacement set free of charge, but I already had the mopar parts on, so I declined.
I feel that it was a "fluke".

Wasn't trying to dig as this only happened 35 days ago. If I'm going to replace Trucky's parts I want to ensure what I install will not sheer off. Like I will not use Airbagit's stuff. If there are problems with these on our trucks we need to know. I hope its only a fluke, but if its not, I don't want to see Trucky's ride getting towed to a shop or worse.
