If you look around you can pick up all the components you need fairly cheap. I picked up a GT67 turbo for $500.
Here is my dyno sheet when i first put the turbo on my chevy 2500 (Weight 6300#). this was with the T60 turbo and the crappy 2000 pcm. Truck only ran a 15 flat. we couldn't figure out what the problem was till a month later. Put an 02 pcm on it and tuned it myself and ran like a raped ape and ran mid 14'. I upgraded to a GT67 turbo, added meth injection and a intercooler. Never had a chance to put it on a dyno again. I have no clue what kind of hp it was making. It ran low 14's to high 13's after that.

For the turbo you are looking at price of having 3" piping bent from the turbo to the throttle body. You will still need the 2-BAR MAP sensor, bigger injectors, boost gauge, Wideband A/F gauge and tuning. Do you plan on taping the oil pan and running the oil lines or are you going to have it done professionally?

For our trucks turbos can be cheaper unless you find a complete 4.7L blower kit used.

Your best bet it to search ebay motors with these combos.

Paxton 4.7L
Paxton Novi 1000
4.7L Supercharger
4.7 Supercharger

They are out there and you have to watch for them when they pop up.

Question

will these fit the 3.7L?
BTW ever heard of BG Performance? Looks like they are a chrysler performance shop. Also looks like they offer tuning, but I have not been able to reach a person as of yet.

Unhappy

Hmm, not to change topics, but I am starting to think after looking around on ebay that a engine swap would be cheaper! Just afraid of getting a lemon...
