Default still trying to solve my rough idle

Over the past 2 days I have done the following:

replaced the plugs with autolight 3923's gapped to .040
took off the throttle body and cleaned it some (it didnt look that dirty)
just replaced the pcv valve but again the old one looked fine.

after doing all of this if anything the idle is the same or worse than before.

any other ideas?

Have you tried hooking up a vacuum gauge to ensure there are no leaks in the system?

Could be a fuel injector or even the fuel filter.

My next step I was thinking about looking at the injectors. Thanks.

Ive reset it twice, once for the throttle body cleaning and the other for the plugs. I didnt reset it for the PCV though as I was told I shouldnt need to. If I should let me know and I'll reset it again.

I just picked up some Seafoam and will be doing a gas only treatment and see if that does anything.

I had that happen a few times when I first got the truck. I complained about it at the dealer when I was having a shock replaced under warranty and when they gave it back they told me they had flashed the PCM with an update. Haven't had it happen since then.
