MyGig is an option, you'll have to trim the bezel but behind that it slides right in. You'd need one designed for use with the low speed CAN-BUS and an adapter will make your install much less of a headache, I used this one: http://coastaletech.com/MYGIG_ADAPTER.htm
Hardest part of the install with that was cutting the bezel, adapter was plug and play after setting a few switches and the radio mounts up to the existing screw points. 20 gigs of MP3 storage in dash with a touchscreen and DVD capability, I'm adding a backup camera to it when I figure out where I hid the stupid box with the camera in it.

The unit you want is a low speed RER one. It has Nav as well as the other features of the REN mygig units. You will also need the special firmware to enable the clock to work.
Ping me for more info if you need help, it was a simple install (Altair is right, cutting the dash was the only hard part...not really hard, just time consuming).

I used a scrollsaw for it, you could do it with a dremel if you have a steady hand. It will play CD's too. I think it will also play MP3 files off a CD or DVD but I haven't tested that. If you use that lockpick adapter I linked it also enables DVD while in-motion (has proven to be a lifesaver a few times in traffic jams where it crawls to a standstill).

Thanks for the post. i actually just mounted mine last night. I am running the stock wheels so yours looks better. the size really makes the truck look a whole lot better! i was going to upload a pic but i have to give it a URL first.

Agreed! When I brought my truck home with the new tires, everyone was making comments on how it looks like a real truck now. The 245/70/16s just didnt do it for me, and obviously it took away from the looks of the truck. The ride is alot smoother with my new 265s, I just cant take corners as fast anymore. Lol Just make sure you dont run them with too much pressure or youll wear the centers out. I believe guys here are running theirs around 35psi. Im at 28psi for mine.
