'05 QC, 4.7 auto, 3.55:1, 2wd - 14.5 city, 21+ highway w/o cruise. I hope my city mileage doesn't go down after I have my 4.10:1 gears installed next weekend.

I have an 06 quad cab with 4WD, manual transmission, 4.7, and the 3.55 rear end. I get about 16 on the interstate but i can get 18 in town if i keep off the throttle but that barely happens.

I cant keep my foot out of the radiator long enough to get an accurate measure of gas mileage. Fail.

Glad to see I am not the only one getting 14 in and around town and 17 to 18 on the hiway. That's with my DIY CAI and K&N filter dual pipes and mudders.

my plain jane 08 4wd ext cab dakota with the 6 banger gets 19 mpg with the a/c going about half the time . Thats back and forth to work at 65 -70 mph and a little city driving ,but not much.
Im kind of happy with this mpg number because the truck it replaced only got 20 mpg and it was just a dinky little 2wd reg cab 3.0 ford ranger.
