i get high 15's/low 16's. Maybe 18 on a trip. Could squeeze a couple more mpg on both if I could keep my foot out of it.

High 16 to low 17's

What I've done? K&N filter. Flowmaster exhaust into duals. Bored throttlebody.

All I really need to do is learn to keep my foot out of the engine, and I'll be better...

Naaahhhhhh.... :-)

+1 for me too. Most of my driving in around town, less than 5 miles with multiple starts a day.

What is the best anyone has gotten with a fill up and pure highway cruising at consistent speed with cruise.

I have gotten driving highway with cruise control set a 60mph around 24 mpg. I only got k&n filter and borla exhaust. i'll get around 18-19 mpg on the city if i'm not flooring it all the time. Damn borla exhaust ! lol
But i'll do it because the awesome sound and like to see the people turning heads and asking questions... AWESOME.....

With the blower on and current mods 16 in town and 22 on the highway.

However, that changes drastically with WOT and when I take the blower off. With current mods and blower out I get around 10 mpg.

ALSO got to remember what the variances of 4X4 or just 2wd that will effect the gas average also...i did an experiment with mine last summer.

I have Injen CAI
3923 Autolite spark plugs
69 true Bore TB
flowmaster exhaust exiting out the side
Truck is 4X4

when taking it easy...granny pace acceleration i got 18.2 city and 24.6 HWY at 50MPH.

when always in the throttle i got 14.7 City and 21 HWY
