jtmdakota, they do look good and I'm sure they would hold up well. The only reason I wouldn't do it is I like being different. A couple of users bought them then everyone started buying them. If that is what you really want then buy them and drive your truck proudly. Just my 2cents.
That's why I'm not telling what wheels I'd like to buy till after I finally get them.

Honestly, there are not that many Dakotas around here, let alone any that have different wheels, so I'm not too concerned about having the same as the next guy. I'm still leaning toward the Ram 20" 5 spoke chrome clad. Will have to figure out what wide tire size will give me most accurate speedo reading.

If you have a Superchips you can adjust for a different tire size so your speedometer will be correct. The dealer can adjust the tire size too (to an extent) but they charge for it.

I have ram 5 spoke 20s and the cladding holds up pretty good.
until you clip a rock while mudding
But I traded my chrome clad for the newer style like yours without the chrome to PC

I know these are "only" 17", but I just picked up a set for a really good price.

I think they are much nicer than any stockers that came on a Dakota.
Just my 2 cents!

I can't wait to get them! Of course, I will have to wait a while to buy the tires I want
Will post pics once they are on.....
I also cannot wait to ditch the almost new Wranglers, I HATE these tires with a passion!
Will be selling the factory 16" alloys as well.
