139.7 is the millimeters measurement

5 lugs x 139.7 mm or 5 lugs x 5.5 inches. Its the same thing just different units

Yea I was looking at the first rims I posted and I have to agree with Trucky now they kind of have flower pattern.
Not a badass "truck rim" pattern.

Definitely going with these:

Hope they have the right offset, otherwise back to the drawing board.

offset has a good amount of play, it's been beaten to death but don't give up on it if it's not EXACTLY to spec on that part.

+1. Not only does it affect how far the wheel sits out or in, it also will start playing with the toe and camber of the wheel. If youre ever behind one of the "ghetto" pimped SUVs with huge rims and you see the wheels on an angle out when looking at it from behind, they put rims on their truck that had the wrong offset .... thats not normal. You dont want to be one of those guys. Lol

...but if that DOES happen a simple alignment can fix those things, any time you change wheels/wheel size you should get an alignment, about $60.

Oops, I now realize why those ghetto cruisers look like that now! You cant steal an alignment job!
