i have reballanced the wheels twice, changed my pads, changed my rotors twice, my tie rod ends are new and i just replaced both sway bar links, checked my axle seals, checked the bearings for play, and retorqued all the lugs. now i am waiting to get my hubcentric rings in they are in the mail. i will post if the rings fix the problem.

Ok, so just talkin out my **** here, but I've had the same issues on various other vehicles.

With the hubcentric rings it usually fixes it. Reason factory wheels etc can get away with out being "hubcentric" is they have conical lugs, tighter tollerences on rim hole pattern, etc... which ensures a more proper reliable fitment of the wheel to keep it centered on the axle.

A bit of warning on the hubcentrics, they are a pain the the a#$!! a little rubber cement goes a long way in solving this. once you've verified that they are the right rings, slid them onto your hubs themselves with a little bit of rubber cement/modeling cement/rtv/whatever. this will keep em from falling off or getting lost or broken every time you pull the wheels. also it will keep you from destroying one if you rotate your tires and one stays on the hub and another stays on the wheel (2 spacers behind one wheel = crush-centric)

Also just for fun, make sure you rotate your tires and the vibe isn't following around a bad piece of rubber. I know i've had tires in the past that had belt seperation... it was correctable by balancing, but only lasted a few miles before it threw itself out of ballence again.

try having them balance your rims / tires with the finger adapter for the balancing machine instead of the cone. Worked for me.

If it is your brakes, try applying your ebrake while moving to see if you feel the pulse, and if it isn't there, then it is in your front end.
