Fixing Front Bumper
#13
I fixed mine with a gap about 1/4" between both headlights and the facia. Mine was slightly crooked when I bought it, and then when I was rear ended I bumped in to someone in front of me and that knocked it off a little more.
First you want to remove the facia as stated above. There are torx bolts in the wheel wells and under the grille, and 2 push pins on the bottom side of the bumper.
Next, I loosened all of the bolts on the actual bumper just enough to wiggle the bumper. Then I finally broke out the small ruler I had that measured down to the 32nd. I used a 2 ton car jacks and jacked up one side of the bumper until the front end of the truck moved up and the weight was off the suspension, and took the other jack and jacked up the bumper on the other side until the gaps were exactly the same between the headlights. I tightened all the bolts up and removed the jacks.
The bumper was still off by about 1/8th inch, so I did it again. This time both sides were perfect. I put back on the facia and did no adjusting. If you can get that bumper straight, your worries are over.
