ya i got my blocks from fabtech 2" and my bolts i picked up at advanced, they were kinda pricey but they had them instock and i just wanted to do it not wait for shipping

You should though....the U bolts from Advanced auto and autozone are pretty poor. Chinese steel mixed with JUNK. lol.

I was actually in my local Advance this morning for a clay bar and thought about this thread, they had a pretty good selection of Grade 8 - U bolts in stock. I don't think they could list them as Grade 8 if they were "chinese steel mixed with junk"...
