Well, since adding the 68.5mm TB, I revisited this..exactly for the reason ericemery mentioned above..
I do feel a difference with the resistor installed!

So far (300 miles), it still feels the same as when I installed it (ECU does not seem to compensate)..

All of this is on "feel"...you may differ...

I did not notice any change, and removed mine.
