Spintech mufflers sound great from the outside but have an insane drone inside the cabin. My boy Jay had one on his 5.9 and it drove him batty. IMHO Spintech make the best performance catalytic converter available, but I can't do the muffler drone, lol.

These are pretty much my options.

Borla 2.5" true dual (same muffler I have now but in XL with better finish)
Borla 3" but I will have to run two of them.
Aero Turbine 3" dual chamber muffler.

Here is a couple clips of Aeroturbine's on Hemi's.

if you got room for two mufflers i'd go for that. Then you really have a true dual exhaust (not saying you don't now). With two mufflers you have "dual" mufflers to go along with the "dual" pipes, cats and headers.....know what I mean?? lol

I'm not really a fan of spintechs, too tinny and "fluttery" to me. I like Aero Turbines since they're 100% stainless, straight through and no packing material to burn out. Love the sound too and lack of drone when cruising. Kinda wish I still had mine but I don't have room for it and the turbo does a good job of muffling anyways.

I would never put a Flowmaster on my truck, lol They are more restrictive than stock and if my old S series Borla rusted after a snow/ice and salty Nebraska winter....the flowmaster wouldn't survive, lol.

i don't no how restrictive it is but you probably need all the flow you can get with that setup. if you paint em they dont rust. you heard of flameproof ceramic paint? worked on mine for a year so far and the roads here are bad, so is the mud . even if i got a ss muffler id paint it with this stuff.
