There are plenty of us who are not having issues after the leveling kit install. It all depends on which size that you install also. I couldn't be happier with my TM kit.

 

This is why someone needs to make a lift kit for our trucks that uses something like the military HMMWVs use for there suspension.

dude i would throw money down instantly if they offered a lift kit for our trucks. the 05 model would look so beastly with a lift

 

they do offer lifts...but yeah nothing with a reputable name!

 

Yeah, I never had luck with the leveling kits. A Trailmaster kit and larger tires killed a power steering rack, and a daystar kit and larger tires killed yet another steering rack, fast.

Once removed and back to factory tires, I never had a steering problem again. The dealership always gave me factual reasons why the kits were toasting the rack at the inner tie rod ends.

They honored it twice, and I got wise and removed the kit. It was just for fun, but I have more fun with a reliable vehicle.
