Question Power Wire + Sonnax

I have an 08 Dakota and I am making the Christmas list. How long of a power wire do I need (12" or 24"). Thinking of getting the power wire and sonnax together:

Hopefully soon after I will get SC and my exhuast!!!!

I would skip the power wire. I do not think it does anything, and it actually gives me worse gas millage overall. I have removed my power wire and gained back my 2 mpg lose, and no power gain difference.

Have you considered a programmer? The Superchips made my shifts firm (barks 2nd everytime) and allowed me to program shift points which made a world of difference. You can hold a gear longer at part throttle plus it downshifts with less throttle (which allows you to pass without flooring it). Not to mention the HP gains.

Sonnax and superchips dont work together and you dont really need it with the torque management.

Since I have out a few 100 miles on it and learned how they work together, my sonnax and sc work just fine but ruger is right, get the sc with tm and your a lot better off. Or, even just the sc itself makes a world of difference with the shifting. All sonnax does is firm the shifts up at WOT, all other times you dont know it's there, but you always know the sc is there.

If I had an 08 I would get the Diablo tuner as it provides a lot more tuning options.

I didn't know that Diablo had a tuner for the Dakota!!! I had a SC on my previous Ram and I switched to Diablo and it blew the SC out of the water!!!
