New update: we called the firestation that has the video surveillance footage of the accident. We called 30 min before it was scheduled to be erased. They are sending us a copy, so we can submit it to the kid's insurance.
C'mon! haha The only thing it will hurt is the other kid. He hurt you first, so post the video and let us rip him up... he deserves it

Haha. Some dads can still give their young'ns a whippin'. Well, we have all been there when we were younger. We make mistakes, learn, move on, don't make them again (hopefully). The sad thing is, this kid is 23...I thought he was MAYBE 20 or 21. He looked like a shaggy muffallo POS that doesn't do anything but sleep in until noon and play video games all damn day.

Ok...so the adjuster is taking a look at the truck this morning to give me a $ amount. They concluded that it was 25% liability on my part, and 75% on the gay kid. Since the officers did a **** job in filling out the report, I guess it's better than the projected 50/50 split. So, I will be updating even further in the next hour or so. He should be here at 9:00am mountain time.
