Default intermittent low idle

well this is the second time that this has happened, the first time was last week, i was waiting to pull up to a gas pump and my idle dropped down to around 500 rpm and it started getting shaky like it was choking out but went away after about 10-15 seconds.

today it happened again, i was sitting at a light waiting to turn and it did it again, but i just gunned the hell out of it and made my turn and it went away after about the same amount of time.

what could cause this?

Mine idles a 700rpms. I have checked the throttle body and it was clean, the tps, iac whatever it's called and everything was ok. I'm going to try autolites 3923 to see if it makes a difference....

What yall are talkin about is when you are idleing, you can feel each cylinder firing, and it is kinda shaking the entire truck? My truck is idleing at about 700-750 rpm's but it does go down to 500 on cold mornings. It also has a tick, that sounds like a lifter tick, that you can barely hear, but it comes and goes. Before i hit that deer, my 3.7 was ticking like a diesel.
