He says the problem is the PCM and some guys have the problem of trying to get it to learn while others install and never have a problem. Maybe hes making this mistake on more than my TB. Snipingdude had a fastman and I talked to him about his idle issue and he never solved it. He had the same random idle.
There's only one position in which the blade will line up with the holes in the throttle shaft. If the holes in the blade were drilled off as much as a 1/64th of an inch, this will cause the blade to be off-center. The holes in the blade may have to be enlarged a very small amount to correct the problem but I can do that also.

No payment is required.

Now correct me if I'm wrong, but if you bore out the TB then shouldnt you use a larger blade to compensate for the larger diameter bore?? Sounds like and looks like that is part of the problem he is having.

The blade should be about .5mm larger than the bore but I don't think that's the situation with this TB. If you'll notice in the pics, one side of the blade is hitting the side of the bore and the other side is not. If the blade was centered inside the bore before the screws were tightened then both sides should be touching. As it is now, the side that is touching first is causing the blade now to close properly and is allowing too much air flow at idle which in turn causes a high idle situation.

That sounds more like an ocassional sensor glitch than a TB problem. Just gotta love Chrysler and all their sensors!

If the truck has been doing it since before you added the throttle body, it would be the TPS, IAC, or MAP .... or a combination of the 3.

X2. If it's a very ocassional thing, then I wouldn't lose any sleep over it at this point.

oh okay...are these sensors expensive and are they easy to replace and they are all on the throttle body or near it correct?

Very easy to replace on a 4.7. The IAC and TPS is on the TB. Disconnect the electrical connector, remove the T25 torx screws and replace in reverse order. The MAP is on the front of the intake manifold. Same procedure to replace.
