Anyone ever take out their front middle seat?

Will I have to remove the seats to get to that power outlet plugin harness?

Ya there is not slack in it at all. It is actually fixed to the floor

Thanks for posting the pics! I want one of these consoles and this confirms that I would be happy with the swap. Problem is, the last time I checked the local yards they didn't have any 3rd Gen Dakota's.

can anyone confirm the dimensions for a between the front seat sub box and would i be able to put more than 1 sub in between the seats like 2 8 inches or even 2 10's?

I got my middle seat out. Now just measuring and making a box for storage. ( yea it was a PITA) Thanks again Quaddodge for the pointers.

The install looks great. I had that console in my 02 and loved it. I thought of installing one in my 06 a while back. My needs have changed though. I was curious if anyone would be interested in selling me their middle seat. My QC has nothing in the middle, and I need an extra seat.

I have the middle seat that I removed from my 06 QC. I do have the brackets that you would need to attach the middle seat to the passenger seat, but I had to cut the brackets that attach it to the drivers seat.
It's in great shape, the console lid works perfect. Look at this thread, it shows exactly what I mean regarding the brackets.

How does $50 plus shipping sound? The seat belt for the middle seat will be included.
