Here you go, i've never put one on either, but i'm not worried it doesnt look that bad.
the only other thing you could get is gap gaurds, but im gonna wait and see how it looks

the only question i have for one of the guys that have done it is if they used the brake distribution block brackets or if there was enough slack

yep, just read through the thread you posted and you will find everything in there, the one thing i remember is the ground strap over the passenger side valve cover must be removed before lifting
