You can even ones that have fans built in, and then you could mount it pretty much anywhere and not risk blocking your radiator.

Sorry to Burst your bubble guys, but that tube is the Power Steering Cooler.

The Transmission cooler is built into the bottom of the Radiator.

i don't know if my truck has the towing package or not.. how do you know? and i just want something to help out my tranny cuz im very hard on it and wanna make it last.

and yes I thought it was either the tranny or p/s cooler cause you get those with the trailer tow group. My build sheet says auxiliary transmission cooler and power steering cooler. So somewhere there is an aux. tranny cooler....cause they would not call the main cooler and aux cooler....or would they???

Here is a deep tranny pan. They make 2 a deep and an extra deep. I'm sure if you call them they will give you the dimensions so you can check to see how much clearance you will need.

see in order for it to fit it must have to have a dip inorder to clear the transmission crossmember otherwise the pan cant go any lower...

my experience is the "regular" cooler is inside the radiator, to there must be another one somewhere for it to be an auxiliary one.....
