From what I have know..

If you have a towing package you get the power steering cooler, a larger radiator, which has more transmission cooling lines built in.

If your truck did NOT come with the towing package, you do not get a steering cooler, regular radiator with regular transmission cooling lines built in.

This is what I recall from the dealer when I bought my truck.

You beat me too it. You sir are correct! And that is what the dealer told me as well.
