i had the idle setting also, put the truck at 800, after a few months and another update, the idle went back to 750. also my fastman was a direct bolt on, reset the computer to learn the new paramiters, and bang, away we went. no issues, had mine for about 4 years now

how much is the sct? its a custom tune? and say later on down the line i install some other mods, would i have to pay for the retune or is it covered under the original purchase of the sct?

That idle setting has been around for awhile guys... well over a yr Ya slackers and it can be saved. I tried it a couple times just messing around.

I been running the tow tune mostly since I bought the tuner. I am currently running it. I feel like its the best all around tune. I get the same if not better MPGs then I did stock, low end grunt and more power through the powerband, great shifting, etc. You do have to run 91 octane with it still. When I ran the 87 and 91 tune, I always felt like it was stock until WOT or at the higher end of the powerband. Both tunes however did have shifting improvement over stock so they weren't completely stock feeling. You get the idea. The gas saver tune s kinda joke. Its so retarded, it felt like I was constantly in the accelerator to keep it going 65.

Anyways sorry for the highjacking Hendrix
