No it doesn't. It just lift's the truck body 3". The only way to level the truck is either leveling kit or drop shackles.

 

So, I definately read the entire installation instructions for the PA lift...and have come to a conclusion. I will end up purchasing this kit. If you end up peicing it together, let me know. I have 3" body lift blocks. But as of now, I will order the kit.
