Default Drop Struts/shocks

I'm thinking of getting a set of drop struts/shocks. Only problem is my Rancho struts/shocks don't even have 5k on them yet, lol, wife if going to kill me.

The struts will be the lowboys.

Looking at Belltech for the shocks. Stock length extended is 24" collapsed is 14.75. Belltech has the 2212DD that are 22" extended and 13.5" collapsed.

Ha ha, well that was easy Now i just gotta sell the wife on it. She should since she damaged my front bumper when she ran the truck of the road last week, lol. Thank God I can do my own body/paint work.

Yeah, the 4x4 used the same shocks/struts as RWD.

I think they are RS5000 the front are RS5757. This is what the wife did to my bumper, lol.

No big deal, I will repair it and paint it when it starts to warm up a little.

Ouch! Not the end of the world though since its just the cover.

We have a place here (they have shops around the country) called Certifit, and you can get a front paintable cover for $48. Im doing one this spring hopefully. Unfortunatly its a pick-up only thing, they dont ship anything except for head lights and taillights.

Ha ha, she thought I was going to be mad but I wasn't. A little automotive glazing putty, primer and I'll paint her again good as new once again.

Yeah, I will be ordering the new suspension drop parts on Monday. I"m going for a 2" drop on the front and another 2" on the back. I think I'm gong to 275/45-20 tires also.

Nice. Can't wait to see the pics. Favor to ask ya though if you don't mind. Can you put the fronts on first and snap some shots of its stance before leveling it? I'd just like to get an idea of what a gen3 would look like my way. Not many lowered gen3s out there to get ideas from... don't worry about it if its a bother though.
